Make the show the highlight of your trip. I’m Alfie, and I help you plan the travel around concerts, festivals, and live performances—from a weekend with friends to a milestone celebration. We’ll start with your dates, travel style, and total budget.
A great night starts with a practical plan
The right hotel is about more than distance on a map. We can compare the venue area, transport options, arrival timing, and the kind of stay you want. You might prefer a simple base for the weekend, a comfortable family hotel, or a luxury escape with time to enjoy the destination.
What we can plan together
- Hotels: compare location, room types, cancellation terms, and the cost of the full stay.
- Getting there: consider flights, rail, driving, and arrival time around the event.
- Local transport: discuss venue access, transfers, parking, and the journey back after the show.
- Traveling together: coordinate dates and room needs for couples, friends, families, and groups.
- A longer getaway: add time for dining, sightseeing, or a quieter day before heading home.
Keep the important details in view
Before committing to travel, confirm the event date, venue, admission arrangements, age restrictions, and any access requirements directly with the official organizer. Ticket rules and event schedules can change. We’ll discuss the hotel and transport terms separately so you understand what can be changed or cancelled.
This service focuses on travel planning. Event tickets, backstage access, and VIP admission are not automatically included. If you want a package that includes admission, ask first so we can check what is available and explain the terms before you book.
Your people. Your pace. Your budget.
Tell me how many people are traveling, where you are starting, the performance you want to attend, and what would make the trip feel right. Access, mobility, sensory, and dietary preferences are welcome; you do not need to provide medical information.
